Aerosmith has announced the rescheduled dates for the “Peace Out” farewell tour, which was abruptly postponed last September because of singer Steven Tyler’s ongoing vocal cord and larynx problems.
The singer’s doctor said last year that Tyler, “in addition to the damage to his vocal cords, fractured his larynx, which requires ongoing care. He is receiving the best medical treatment available to ensure his recovery is swift, but given the nature of a fracture, he is being told patience is essential.”
Produced by Live Nation, the 40-date North American tour will feature three news shows in addition to the rescheduled dates. It is set to kick off in Pittsburgh at Ppg Paints Arena on Sept. 20 and will make stops across the U.S. and Canada, including Los Angeles’ Kia Forum and New York’s Madison Square Garden.

This is already shaping up to be an interesting year for Best New Artist at the Grammys. The category might lack a clear frontrunner so far, as it is early in the year, but we do have some serious contenders who might pick up more steam closer to voting time this fall. Plus, an open field might make it even more interesting, unlike years where the winner was rather obvious like when Olivia Rodrigo and Billie Eilish prevailed.

It might be early January, but it’s never too early for some “Cruel Summer.” On Thursday, Teddy Swims visited BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge, where he performed a cover of the Taylor Swift Lover favorite.
Swims started the rendition backed only by a piano as he whispered the opening lyrics, before being joined by a drum kit as he hit the high notes in the song’s chorus, and gave a soulful rendition of the song’s iconic bridge.
“Cruel Summer” had a huge 2023, four years after its initial release.

Drew Barrymore is definitely rapper Bryce Vine’s jam. His hit song “Drew Barrymore” dominated the charts in 2019 and he recently described Barrymore as his ideal dream girl.
Vine told Showbiz Cheat Sheet that he wanted to capture Barrymore’s essence in the song. “But it’s also like just representing her. That iconic beauty, personality, coolness, hipness, all in one package. It’s kind of what that song was representing,” he said.
Drew Barrymore was Bryce Vine’s crush
Vine recalled how Barrymore was his childhood crush. “The movie The Wedding Singer, that particular Drew Barrymore was my crush, like 1997,” he said. In The Wedding Singer, Barrymore played Julia Sullivan a young waitress who was dating Glenn, a lunky bond broker. Julia’s sweetness and playfulness steals recently dumped wedding singer, Robbie Hart’s (Adam Sandler) heart. Robbie and Julia form a friendship that could be true love.

Baby Riley’s “lips are movin!”
Meghan Trainor welcomed her first child Riley with actor Daryl Sabara in 2021 and, having reached his 18-month milestone earlier this month, the “shy” boy’s now expanding his vocabulary.
“We have a speech therapist because I heard all Covid babies are behind with speech, but he’s also extra shy and quiet,” Trainor, 28, told us. “I’m like, ‘How are you a shy boy when you’re my kid and your father Daryl’s, who wanted to be on TV at three years old?’ It’s really cute because we’ll clap for him and he’ll get embarrassed and put his head down. But he recently started saying ‘Dada,’ which is huge for us!”
It was “dada” Sabara, whom Riley was likely at home with while Trainor hit Los Angeles shopping hotspot The Grove for a preview of the new Lego Dots aesthetics pop-up experience on Thursday.

After last week’s episode of “So You Think You Can Dance,” in which no contestants were sent home, the remaining six hopefuls returned to the dance floor to battle it out in the “Head 2 Head” challenge.
As the semi-finals approach, dancers Ralyn, Alexis, Essence, Beau, Keaton and Carter were determined to out dance one another. The group performance round saw the dancers split off into two trios and perform two different routines. Choreographer Chase Haley Bowden was given Carter, Beau and Ralyn.
Bowden, who recently signed with Msa Agency, spoke with Variety about how the impressive routine came together.
You chose to tell the story of a love triangle for Carter, Beau and Ralyn. Why was that the ideal way to highlight their skills?
The song [“Please Turn Green”] by Teddy Swims is unique. It’s about somebody who was in a relationship for a long time, and then they go their separate ways.
