Poll: Cooking Westerns Style

That title is not a mistake. The word “Westerns” was deliberately used to invoke the Western genre. More than a few Westerns have a few memorable quotes and scenes about cooking. Which quote about cooking from a western is the best?

Recipes and Anton Ego critiques can be dicussed here.

Note: I won’t do a list of movie quotes on French cooking. I leave that to a person who is French to do that. But I will gladly nominate Anton Ego’s entire speech about cooking and critics from Ratatouille (2007). Especially the section that goes like this: “In the past, I have made no secret of my disdain for Chef Gusteau's famous motto, "Anyone can cook." But I realize, only now do I truly understand what he meant. Not everyone can become a great artist; but a great artist *can* come from *anywhere*.”
