The Halloween season used to be the time to huddle around the horror shelves at the local Blockbuster, but in an era when most physical video shops are few and far between, you can now stream your screams on services like AMC's Shudder, which will have a few new treats for horror fans to dig into this October.
According to EW, the self-aware horror comedy Found Footage 3D (read Patrick Bromley's review here) will debut on Shudder in the Us, Canada, and UK beginning October 26th, and as a special presentation, viewers will have the option to watch the film in both 2D and 3D. Greg McLean chats to us about The Belko Experiment, Jungle and Jason Statham...
The Belko Experiment is a brilliant film. It’s a blackly comic, oppressively bleak and brutally violent rugby tackle of a film, crashing into you with all it has and leaving you in a heap before sprinting off down the pitch, its smash and dash effect owing to a taut sub-90 minute runtime. Its UK release cinema release was fairly low key, tethered to the launch of the much higher profile Guardians Of The Galaxy Volume 2 (the two films share writer-in-common James Gunn). While Gunn’s terrific Guardians sequel thrilled a considerably larger audience, it was his collaboration with Wolf Creek director Greg McLean, released just two weeks earlier, that really tickled this writer’s brain.

No. Take It Back. Dancing with the Stars, we urge you to pull an NBC and make Simone Biles the new Timeless. The gymnast—the most decorated American gymnast of all time, we might add—was eliminated tonight after two perfect scores and two perfect dances that apparently just came too late in the game. If anyone decided not to vote for this angel after her refusal to smile during judging last week, shame on you. We're angry!! Can you tell?? David Ross is fine. Fourth place fine. Simone Biles is At Least second place great. Anyway, let's talk about the dances. Normani Kordei and Val Chmerkovskiy: 36/40 + 40/40 =...

Get it together, Adam Levine. Get. It. Together. Based on the poll that followed last Tuesday’s recap of The Voice’s Top 12 results show, you really, really dislike Mark Isaiah. But, reading between the votes, isn’t it actually the teen’s coach that we’re most eager to eliminate? If the kid couldn’t get together a passable rendition of Drake’s “One Dance,” shouldn’t Adam have steered him in another direction? Mat Zo has made a name for himself as one of dance music’s more forward thinking producers, carrying on a long tradition of boundary pushing electronic musicians hailing from the UK. His debut album, Damage Control topped the iTunes dance chart upon release in 2013, while showing off a penchant for sonic exploration and experimental leanings that define his career to this day.
After releasing his sophomore album Self Assemble earlier in the year to wide acclaim, Zo resurfaced this month to offer up a new three track Ep dubbed Mad, which sees the genre defying producer exploring darker terrain while injecting a notable drum and bass influence into the short collection of tunes.
Recently, we were lucky enough to catch up with Mat Zo for a quick interview before his show at the second stop of the Mad tour. His online persona has garnered an outspoken, in your face reputation on social media,...

Mat Zo has returned over the weekend to deliver his new Mad Ep, serving as the follow up to his recently released sophomore album Self Assemble. Alongside the release of the new Ep, Zo has revealed a string of upcoming performances for an accompanying tour of the same name.
The three track Mad Ep sees Zo exploring a wide range of sonic terrain. The new release opens quietly with a music box passage on “Troglodyte,” creating a suspenseful introduction as ominous string build in intensity with a classical tinged chord progression. The track then moves forward into an electronic section with blippy synth arpeggios, filtered basslines and half time beats.
Up next is a collaboration with Foreign Beggars on “Take It Back,” featuring a spastic drum and bass production with rapid fire breakbeats and stuttered vocal samples. The Ep culminates with the title track “Mad,” another dnb tune with skittering breaks,...

The day has come: Rihanna has finally released the music video for her new single "Kiss It Better" - and the scenes are as Nsfw as the lyrics. Striking sexy poses as a transparent sheet barely covers her body, the 28-year-old singer takes the meaning of her erotic slow jam to a new level. "Man, f--- your pride," Rihanna sings in the catchy song. "Just take it on back, boy ... Take it back all night." Take it back now, y'all. A new video has been making the rounds on the Internet, and it features a dancer hitting every fierce beat in the "Cha-Cha Slide" and then some. While the YouTube video itself claims that the slider in question is named Theo Ingram, this isn't the case. Theo made it clear in his most recent Instagram post that he's not the dancer, and that the real hero is Derick C. Toves, whose Instagram is tragically private. In any event, we're giving a standing ovation to Mr. Toves, because he just taught us how to swerve and serve.

Miranda Lambert is nailing her red-carpet and stage styles this year!
Proof in point, her Monday night appearance at the 2014 American Country Countdown Awards in Nashville. The 31-year-old country crooner hit the red carpet showing just enough skin in her eye-catching, black Alon Livne dress that she paired with Alejandro Ingelmo shoes.

But it was her sexy Lbd that she wore on the Acc Awards stage that really got tongues wagging. The blonde bombshell joined her pal Kelly Clarkson to pay tribute to country legend Reba McEntire (Kelly's stepmother-in-law) for a performance of "How Blue" and "Take It Back". The girls were then joined by Reba herself for a group rendition of her hit "Fancy."

There’s more chaos in Mariah Carey Land as she and her manager Jermaine Dupri have parted ways and veteran label executive Kevin Liles is now handling Team Mariah. As you’ll recall, Dupri was only on board as her official manager since last fall, but he and Carey have a very long history as musical collaborators, going back to 1995’s “Daydream.” He served as executive producer on Carey’s latest set, “Me. I Am Mariah…The Elusive Chanteuse," and co-produced five tracks on the album. As you know, that album continues to circle the drain. It’s worst than if she’d never released an album because she now has this huge commercial failure around her neck. “Mariah” sold 58,000 in its first week of release in May, which was by far her poorest showing in her 25-year career. It’s a shame because the album, as overstuffed and scattered as it was,...

Since releasing his debut album ‘+’ in 2011, Ed Sheeran has gained massive success worldwide, playing a two-year tour from a small venue in Southampton to finish with three nights in Madison Square Garden in New York, as well as supporting Taylor Swift for 64 dates on her Red Tour and duetting with Elton John at the Grammy Awards. Now we’re getting very close to a second album release, and it couldn’t be more anticipated.
And not only has Sheeran been gaining a reputation for his music, but also for his big heart – Sheeran has donated his “whole” wardrobe to be sold for charity (East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices) and was this week reported to serenade a 15-year-old fan over the telephone during her last moments alive, with her brother saying he “sang her to sleep” after her lifelong battle with cystic fibrosis.

Grey’s Anatomy’s spring premiere, “Take It Back,” picks up at April’s ill-fated wedding to paramedic Matthew, where Jackson confesses his persistent love for her. Because it’s Grey’s, the other doctors’ relationships are all under the microscope as well.
Grey's Anatomy Recap
Upon hearing Jackson’s (Jesse Williams) admission of love, April (Sarah Drew) ditches Matthew (Justin Bruening) at the altar and jumps into a car with her best friend from the Mercy West days. In typical April fashion, the carefree running away comes to a halt once she examines her conscience and gets out on the side of the road.
After getting the bombshell phone call from the White House, Derek (Patrick Dempsey) has to tell Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) that the leader of the free world is requesting his services. Unfortunately for Meredith, a call from the president trumps her research project, which means she...

We couldn’t be more excited to have Grey’s Anatomy returning after its winter break, but we still have a couple weeks to wait. Still, usually with Grey’s the wait is worth it. The midseason finale ended with an outburst from Jackson at April’s wedding, which means we still have to deal with the aftermath. What’s going to happen? As is customary, Grey’s has put out promotional images for the episode, titled “Take It Back,” and they give us a general sense of what’s going to be happening. We’ve got this pictures and the official synopsis, so we can pretty much guess the rest of the episode.
Who am I kidding? When it comes to a Shonda Rhimes series, there is no guessing. At least no correct guessing. We can still take stabs in the dark, but we’re likely to be wrong.

So Shia Labeouf is not famous anymore, right? Didn’t I hear that somewhere? Oh wait, now I’m being told that he’s sorry. (P.S. Seems Jerry O’Connell is too.) For what though? For wasting a perfectly good paper bag? For ruining Even Stevens for me? I don’t know about you all, but I miss Labeouf’s glory days. You know, when he fake-punched robots during the day and real-punched everyday people at night? Back then, I thought about him half as often and yet knew exactly how I felt about him.

Best Dismissal: The Bold & The Beautiful’s Katie pulled a Trump on soon-to-be-ex-hubby Bill by taking over his company and declaring, “You’re fired” Thankfully, she did it with much better hair.
Least Relaxing Retreat: Watching The Real Housewives Of New Jersey’s Melissa literally kneel before Theresa (who was shrieking like the human equivalent of the most annoying car alarm ever) during their “team builder” exercises was as discomfiting as reality television gets.
Most Timely Story: As her daughter considered aborting the child she’d conceived while being held hostage by sex traffickers, All My Children’s Angie bemoaned “the audacity of some politician to say he didn’t believe anyone could ever get pregnant from being raped!

What happens when you tell a pastor that God talks to you? He's very impressed, apparently.
In The Huffington Post's exclusive clip above from the second episode of NBC's "Save Me" (two-episode premiere on Thurs., May 23 at 8 p.m. Et), Beth Harper (Anne Heche) opens up to the pastor at her church about a very ... interesting talent she's developed after having a near-death run-in with a sandwich.

"Save Me" premieres with Emmy nominee Anne Heche starring as Beth Harper, an absentee wife and mother who suffers a dramatic near-death experience and is revived only to discover that she now receives messages from God.

Are Lisa Lampanelli and Lou Ferrigno the new Aubrey O'Day and Arsenio Hall of "The Celebrity Apprentice"? Based on Sunday's (April 8) episode, it would seem so. But since Donald Trump fired Lou in the boardroom after his team's loss, viewers probably won't get to witness the pair making up on the show.

Well, talk about spoiling our Monday morning breakfast big time.
Kellogg's released a terse statement Sunday (June 27), explaining the Friday recall of 28 million boxes of Kellogg's cereal, including Froot Loops, Apple Jacks, Honey Smacks, and Corn Pops brands. Four of our favorites!
In case you weren't paying attention, that's 28 Million boxes.
According to the statement, the "off" taste and odor that elicited nausea and vomiting was caused by the paper and liner in the cereal boxes.
The liners apparently had a higher than normal level of a "waxy resin," an Fda-approved item used in packaging materials.
Kellogg's did not find any foreign contaminant in the liners or the recalled cereal. But they would really rather you don't eat the recalled breakfast food because you might get sick and sue them, they don't meet "company quality standards."

I usually think it's dumb when people kvetch and moan about how a remake is ruining their childhood memories. Maybe it's because I'm young and it'll be another 10 years before they remake The Lion King. But this story has got me working on a theory. Perhaps select Hollywood filmmakers are competing to see who can wreck the most cherished memories. If there's any truth to it, Brett Ratner just took an early lead.
With this Snow White "revisioning", he's not just wrecking your memories. He's getting your parents, and your grandparents, and your great-grandparents from the Old Country. If their spirits still walk the Earth, they'll be offended.
He's looking to do a textbook gritty reboot of the story. Take it back to its roots. The grim Brothers Grimm story.
These dwarves aren't gonna be yo momma's miners. They're going to be Robbers! And there's a Dragon! Aww yeah. And.

Tito Ortiz, Jenna Jameson Take it Back
TMZ has learned former Ufc champ Tito Ortiz and baby mama/former porn star Jenna Jameson are withdrawing allegations that led to Tito's felony domestic violence arrest earlier this week.
Jenna, who accused Tito of injuring her during an argument, now tells TMZ, "What actually happened has now been dramatically distorted and misinterpreted and remarks that both Tito and I made after the police arrived reflect the state of shock that we were both in." Translation -- he didn't hurt me. As for Tito, we're told he's now backing off what he strongly insinuated ... that Jenna is an OxyContin addict. We're told Tito's position now is that he found two OxyContin pills in a pair of her pants pocket and may have jumped to conclusions. Jenna says the pills were very old. And, as we first reported, Jenna tested negative for drugs this week.

Six years ago, world-renowned softball pitcher Jennie Finch took home the gold medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens. Though Finch and her team settled for silver in 2008, the Beijing games provided Finch with at least one reward she didn't earn in Athens: the opportunity to participate in the opening ceremonies.
"My first [time at the] Olympics was in Athens, and I wasn't able to go the opening ceremonies, so when I went to Beijing, I was super excited about it and looking forward to it, because that means you're at the Olympics," Finch told MTV News. "Getting ready for it, you had to think about what 90,000 people are going to look and feel like walking out. I can remember the staging process...

Matthew Goode (Watchmen, Match Point) and Amy Adams (Enchanted, Doubt, Julie & Julia) headline an on-the-road romance that follows one woman’s determined quest to get married to the perfect guy…despite what fate has in store for her. Goode plays the ‘diamond in the rough’ romantic interest that Amy’s character gradually learns to like, then fall in love with.
When her four-year anniversary passes without a marriage proposal, Anna Brady (Adams) decides enough is enough. Investing in the ancient Irish tradition that allows women to propose to men on Leap Day, Anna decides to follow her boyfriend Jeremy (Adam Scott) from Boston to Dublin and get down on one knee herself. But when unreliable airplanes, inclement weather and bad luck leave Anna stranded on the other side of Ireland, she must enlist the help of the carefree-but-surly Declan (Goode) to get her across the country. As Anna and Declan bicker across the Emerald Isle,...
