The potential pairing of Mike and Asta promises comedic friction and new character dynamics in Resident Alien season 4.
Resident Alien showrunner Chris Sheridan has teased that he plans to use certain characters in different ways in the upcoming season, and it's only really possible because of Resident Alien season 3's ending. The Stormlight Archive is Sanderson's magnum opus, connected to his expansive Cosmere universe. Oathbringer shines with intense character arcs but struggles with pacing issues, while Rhythm of War excels with ensemble storytelling. Words of Radiance is hailed as the most complete novel in the series, showcasing masterful character development and impactful relationships.
Mistborn author Brandon Sanderson's The Stormlight Archive series may not be his most widely read work, but it's arguably his best, with four phenomenal fantasy novels to date. Over the last two decades, Sanderson has become one of the premiere fantasy authors of the 21st century, with The Stormlight Archive considered his magnum opus. The entire saga is intended to stretch across ten novels, with book 5, Wind and Truth, being released at the end of 2024. The volume should conclude many notable arcs that began with 2010's The Way of Kings.

Taylor Swift made an anticipated return to The Ellen Show in 2019, where she commented on literally everything. From chatting about her kitten Benjamin to her eating habits, the singer made some of the most bizarre revelations about her life. But among all, what stood out the most was her conversation about sleep eating.
Taylor Swift in the music video for Bejeweled
While it might sound a bit bizarre, even celebrities can sometimes exhibit odd or eccentric behavior. Similarly, Taylor Swift admitted her compulsion to eat in the middle of the night, and shocked fans, as she admitted that it wasn’t a voluntary habit. Some episodes of Rick and Morty hold crucial plot details amidst all the dimension-hopping weirdness. The show, known for standalone stories, occasionally advances the broader lore. Season 8, set for 2025, prompts a look back at significant episodes like "Close Rick-counters Of The Rick Kind."
Most episodes of Rick and Morty feature standalone stories, but there are a few episodes which contain unmissable plot details. Rick and Morty has often scoffed at fans who beg for more details on Rick's background and the lore of the Citadel and the Galactic Federation. Episodes like "Never Ricking Morty" use Dan Harmon's obsession with story structure to make a mockery of the traditional ways shows deliver plot information. However, Rick and Morty also advances the broader plot every now and then.
Rick and Morty season 8 is set to continue the story in 2025, so it's worth looking back on the story's main beats before then.

In the premiere of Abbott Elementary season 3, Ava references The Bear star Jeremy Allen White, meaning he exists in the Abbott Elementary universe. One of White's co-stars in The Bear, Ayo Edebiri, played Janine's sister Ayesha in Abbott Elementary season 2, creating a plot hole in the show's canon. There are several ways Abbott Elementary could handle this discrepancy, such as setting up a running joke about Edebiri's character's uncanny resemblance to the actress in real life and introducing a new character played by White to make the same joke.
In the Abbott Elementary season 3 premiere, one seemingly minor and inconsequential joke actually has major implications on the show's canon. Lady Demerzel's possession of the Prime Radiant gives her the ability to understand Hari Seldon's predictions, confirming their truth and setting the stage for Foundation season 3. Demerzel's programming, which includes an undying allegiance to the Genetic Dynasty and the Empire, presents a dilemma as she must decide between preserving the Dynasty or taking steps to shorten the coming darkness. If Demerzel is unable to make a decision, the power could shift back to the Cleons, potentially granting them true control and leading to more conflict in Foundation season 3.
Lady Demerzel is one of the most intriguing Foundation characters, and her very nature could lead to her being frozen by indecision in season 3. Demerzel has become a progressively larger part of the Foundation cast since her appearance in the very first episode. Throughout the first two installments, she has served the Genetic Dynasty, ensuring it doesn't fall victim to Hari Seldon and his acolytes.

Vikings: Valhalla is coming to an end with its third season, and it must address Canute's storyline and tie up loose ends. Canute, although not a main character, played a big role in season 1 as leader of the Viking army and King of England. Season 3 needs to explain Canute's actions in Denmark between seasons 1 and 2, explore his marriage with Emma, and address his promise to Harald.
Netflix’s Vikings: Valhalla is coming to an end with its third season, and as such, the final episodes have to give one important character the attention he deserves. The stories from the Viking Age weren’t over with the end of Vikings, and they continue in the sequel series Vikings: Valhalla. Set over a century after the events of Vikings, Vikings: Valhalla follows a new group of characters, leaving Ragnar, Lagertha, Ivar, and the rest behind, though their accomplishments and legacies have been mentioned a couple of times.

Mattel Raised Concerns About One Scene To Barbie Writers: "Does A Mattel Executive Have To Be Shot?"
Mattel took a risk by allowing Greta Gerwig to explore non-traditional themes in the Barbie movie, including patriarchy and existential crises. Despite reservations about one scene, Mattel gave Gerwig a tremendous amount of trust and freedom in the creative process. The freedom given by Mattel allowed Gerwig to create a strong and successful movie, earning over $1.4 billion at the box office.
Mattel had reservations about one scene in Barbie. Based on the toy brand and led by director and screenwriter Greta Gerwig, the comedy movie starred Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling as Mattel's beloved Barbie and Ken. With the pair visiting the Real World, they discover the truth outside Barbieland and the oppressiveness of the patriarchy. Launching on the same day as Oppenheimer, the movie was a massive success, earning over $1.4 billion on a budget of under $150 million.

Steve Carell is the hilarious dad we'd expect him to be. The father of two is as funny off screen with his children as he was in his Emmy-winning sitcom, "The Office," during its nine-season run. Steve has two kids: his daughter, Elisabeth Anne, and son, Johnny, both of whom are now adults. The two still support their famous father at his red carpet events - most recently for the latest installment of the Despicable Me franchise, "Minions: The Rise of Gru."
". . . They were all over it, like not even a hesitation," Steve previously told People about getting his kids to come to the premiere. "I think it's nostalgic at this point. They love the characters and they love the franchise. It's been a big part of our family." He added that the movie series "started when they were 4 and 7, and now they're 18 and 21."

Author Margaret Atwood continues to battle against the oppression of women’s rights by the government on the heels of a leaked draft opinion revealing the Supreme Court is poised to overturn Roe vs. Wade.
“Women who cannot make their own decisions about whether or not to have babies are enslaved because the state claims ownership of their bodies and the right to dictate the use to which their bodies must be put,” she wrote in her March book of essays Burning Questions excerpted by the Guardian.
“The only similar circumstance for men is conscription into an army. In both cases, there is risk to the individual’s life, but an army conscript is at least provided with food, clothing, and lodging. Even criminals in prisons have a right to those things,” she continued. “If the state is mandating enforced childbirth, why should it not pay for prenatal care, for the birth itself,...
