The biggest buzz surrounding the new season of American Horror Story is the huge number of returning cast members playing their characters from Murder House and Coven. But one of the most mysterious characters in American Horror Story: Apocalypse is Emily. We don't really know anything about her - not even her last name. She appears briefly in the trailer but not in a scene that gives us any clues as to who she is. Oddly enough, this mystery is sort of fitting for actress Ash Santos, who's probably not a name you've heard before.
Santos grew up in New York, and although she was interested in performing, she didn't seriously pursue it as a child. Upon moving to Salt Lake City, she began acting in indie and short films. Originally credited as Ashley Santos, she took on several smaller roles in Hallmark's Christmas rom-coms from 2015 to 2017. These included...

Within the first five minutes of Suzi Yoonessi’s unexpectedly charming sex addiction dramedy “Unlovable,” the film’s endearing leading lady attempts to kill herself. Joy (Charlene deGuzman, who also co-wrote the film’s script) doles out the niceties, introducing herself, indulging the audience in some of her favorite pastimes, confessing to having a “gaping hole in her soul,” all before penning a suicide note that puts it pretty succinctly: “She died doing what she loved: wanting to Die.” Of course, she doesn’t die (where’s the movie in that?). Instead, she pukes up a candy-colored mix of cough medicine and cake, the worldview of “Unlovable” in a gloppy nutshell.
Joy is a love and sex addict who is often driven to drink when things aren’t turning out her way, and once she starts drinking, she’s prone to indulging her other bad habits. Soon, she’ll lose everything — her job,...

In the new Season 4 poster for The CW’s Jane the Virgin, we see star Gina Rodriguez paired up with a new face: Elias Janssen, who’ll play Jane’s son Mateo in the new season, debuting Friday, Oct. 13 at 9/8c. As the series finale of HBO’s Girls quickly approaches, we’re still left with about a million unanswered questions. (The most pressing one being, of course: What will a pregnant Hannah decide to do about her baby?) But the loglines HBO just released for the final three episodes do shed a little (dim) light on what we might expect — including a possible move for Hannah.

In April 2016, digital network StyleHaul joined the content boom on Verizon’s Go90 platform by co-producing Relationship Status, a series about the relationship between technology and modern dating. Now, more episodes of that show are on the way thanks to a deal that will bring two additional Relationship Status seasons to Go90.
The renewal covers 24 episodes spread across the two forthcoming seasons. The Relationship Status cast will expand to feature both traditional TV notables (such as Gilmore Girls and Heroes vet Milo Ventimiglia, who co-starred in season one) and digital media standouts. That being said, aside from Ventimiglia’s reprisal of his role, no specific casting details have been announced yet.
Behind the camera, there are plenty of parties involved in the production of Relationship Status. Céline Geiger is the show’s creator, and its executive producers hail from StyleHaul, Full Fathom Five, and Ventimiglia’s Divide Pictures.

Let’s cut to the chase: The Young Pope is one of the strangest TV shows I’ve seen in years.
You may have seen the trailers for HBO’s new limited series (debuting this Sunday at 9/8c), starring Jude Law as a bad-ass, cigarette-smoking Pope, and thought to yourself, “Well, that looks odd.” But even those trailers cannot prepare you for the sheer, unadulterated weirdness of creator/director Paolo Sorrentino’s boldly grandiose vision.

StyleHaul has posted a status update about its next original series. The fashion, beauty, and lifestyle-oriented network has shared the trailer for Relationship Status, which will arrive on Verizon’s Go90 app on April 29th.
Relationship Status will follow the romantic lives of its ensemble cast and will examine the ways in which social media affects modern relationships. The show’s ten episodes will follow its characters for a year, with platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat coming into play along the way.
As it did with previous original programs like Vanity, StyleHaul is using Relationship Status to appeal to the social media-hungry viewers who watch videos on the network’s partner channels. YouTube stars like Sam Tsui and Alexa Losey will have roles in the show, and its themes will resonate with a connected audience. “I think there’s something relatable to a lot of different ages,” cast member Milo Ventimiglia told Tubefilter.
