Ce film est assez sympathique, j'avais quelques doutes au départ vu le prix et le descriptif derrière la jaquette mais finalement il n'en est rien. Le réalisateur arrive à ses fins malgré le petit budget qui a dû être alloué à ce projet, il règne une ambiance assez angoissante tout au long du film dans cet environnement froid et isolé. Pamela Gidley s’en sort très bien, le reste du casting est acceptable (même le chat). Les attaques sont rapides et efficaces, le fait que l’on voit peu les reptiles est une bonne chose vu l’aspect plastok de ces derniers, même si l’utilisation de la vue subjective est un peu saoulante à force. Le gros point faible du film reste en effet sa dernière partie par contre, je ne vois toujours pas son intérêt… Une bonne petite série B.
