Movies I SHOULD'VE SEEN in CINEMA...
by B_Willis_Federer | created - 11 Apr 2022 | updated - 1 day ago | PublicList of movies I PLANNED to see on big screens but WON'T.
Ok, lemme explain in details:
1st of all, I'll put in this list only movies BEFORE they come out, not the movies I missed when they went out in the past, nor movies that didn't went out in my city.
I won't remove them from the list as they'll come out anyway, but won't add any movie after its release.
Cinema has always been my passion n°1, and I always saw around 100 movies in theatres by year (it'd've been even way more if I was living in a big city, where all the movies I wanna see went out, but each year, tons of movies go out in cinemas... but not in my place, sadly), at least each year in the last 20 years.
Some I wanted to see there, I still didn't see them 25 years after.
Despite this fact, since many years, it becomes harder and harder to support the attitudes of the other spectators, no matter their ages or type or sex... people nowadays seem to have received ZERO education.
Like it wasn't enough to have people talking, noises of popcorns, of plastic bags or food bags, the CANCER or cinema that decided me not to renew my annual subscription, probably the hardest decision of my life.
I know it'll b a great pain already in 1 week and each wednesday to see the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 movies going out that I wanna see and will for some NEVER see, despite the fact I want to see some since many many years that they have been announced.
Of course I have 2000 DVDs/BRs, I'm on Disney + and Netflix, and I have around 500 movies recorded on my TV-box, but I'll miss anyways of course every time not to see movies on big screen anymore.
Probably not never again in my life, but certainly really rarely, cause it's very expansive in my place, for 1 ticket.
I was going so often that it was like I was paying each ticket 5-6 times less, so, it was cheap in a way, although it costed me several hundreds by year...
But it was my one and only hobby, so, it'll make me miss it even way more than if I had other.
I'll stay in my home, never putting a feet outside for the rest of my life, dying alone and forgotten.
What a great future... that could b not so long anymore considering what tomorrow will b for the entire world...
Well, I still didn't really explain.
This CANCER IS THE CELLPHONE, and u all bitches watching it all the time.
Even when I'm in a cinema with hundreds of seats and only 1-2 people with me in it, I almost never profited of a movie from the beginning to the end without seeing at least once a phone, and this in the hundreds and hundreds of film screenings since many many years that the smartphones went out.
I also have a big rage not only against shitty people without education, respect for other, but against the theatres themselves, for not asking people to TURN THEIR FUCKING PHONES OFF during the movies, AS EVERY NORMAL AND RESPECTFUL, EDUCATED PERSON should do, EVEN WITHOUT HAVING TO BE ASKED FOR.
Some people even use their phones 10-5, 20 times during a movie, some use it during 2-5-10 minutes without any break, some even dare to answer when it rings, some even don't cut the ringing of their phone.
A few times, I asked people to stop using it, and they always did it, but the pbs r:
A) I don't wanna have to do the police
B) 1 time, a guy with the arms of Schwarzenegger continued using it and was very threatening
C) When I ask this, I have to talk, and even if of course, I do it the less loud possible, as the people sometimes r far of my seat, other people hear anyway, and even if no 1 never dared to ask me to shut up when I asked to turn off the phone, as I'm very very respectful and don't wanna disturb anyone in any way, I almost never said anything, although, TENS or even HUNDREDS of times, because of the cellphones of crapy people, I lost my focus for some seconds, and didn't follow what was happening in the movie, missed some dialogues...
Another new bad habit of people since a few years is to enter in the cinema late, sometimes VERY LATE, sometimes half an hour after the movie started, and their movement always disturbs as well and make u miss things of the movie.
Specially with those assholes turning on the flashlight of their phone and letting it a very long time to install them, although the movie has already began.
If u r late, U DISTURB PEOPLE, so, the less u could do is sitting as fast as possible, without using any light (u wait some light from the big screen if it's really too dark, but people use their flashlight sometimes even when it's really clear inside the cinema).
And also, people passing in front of u without even trying to b as little as possible, without bending over, in order not to hide the screen too much for people seated in the rows behind.
THAT'S THE MINIMUM U HAVE TO DO!!!
Those people makes me wanna break their phones on their heads of bastards.
Last but not least, it seems it became a new mode to go in the toilets (or elsewhere) during the movie, even when it's really short, even when it started a short moment ago.
Sometimes, in a pretty empty cinema, I have to support 4-5-6 10 people leaving it (and of course turning back then) during a single movie, so, that makes 8-10 or even 20 times people moving, walking, and 8-10 or 20 times where u, at least, miss a few seconds of the movie, of ur concentration, eve if they don't pass in front of u, even if they r very far, even if they don't use their flashlight.
So, this never ending intro to wish u all the worst, as u all contributed to destroy my life.
If only respect was still "fashion" nowadays...
So, I'll start this list by putting movies I want(ed) to see in the cinema each time I think to some, and I'll probably edit it most of the wednesdays by checking the list of movies coming out.
P.S.: Of course, some of these movies r planned to go out in many years, and even for some in a few months, we don't know yet if they'll come out to theatres, or b on DTV or on a platform, and in those cases, I wouldn't have seen them in cinema by definition, so, they shouldn't b in this list, but I won't pass my time to check how movies come out, so, never mind, they r here, they r here.
Check my 2 and a half years old list to see which movies I saw in cinema... of course, it's really incomplete, as I never wrote them anywhere, so, my memory made me forget many many many of them certainly, specially the ones I saw as a kid.
But anyways, it contain near 2000 movies, and I even ain't old yet:

3. The Sinister Six
Action, Adventure, Crime | Announced
Plot unknown. Feature film based on the Marvel Comics series about a team of supervillians.
When I saw the 1st scene inside the end credits of the movie, with Michael Keaton in jail, I immediately thought: "OH MY GOSH, THEY RESURRECTED THE SINISTER SIX" This movie was already planned like 1 billion years ago, way way way before the last Spider-Man trilogy was even decided. But then, it never came, and the fact a new S-M era started, it seemed buried for real. But when I saw Keaton, it didn't take me even 1 second to realize the movie Morbius was connected not particularly with the MCU, but with the Spider-Man trilogy, which is part of it, as well as part of the Sony's S-M universe, cause it didn't take me longer to remember that Michael played The Vulture in the 1st movie of the S-M trilogy. And so, to see him make a cameo in a movie centered on another Spider-Man enemy was surely the beginning of the Sinister Six composition. Then, a few minutes after, with the 2nd credit scene where we see him out of jail, meet Morbius, it was clear. I waited the movie "Sinister Six" during too many years to count, before to lose all hopes many years ago already to see it one day... can't believe it now came out of its grave...
