Radiating pure euphoric rave energy, guised duo The Stickmen Project release atmospheric number ‘I Wish I Was’ into the electronic ether. Prepare for an other-worldly experience on the dancefloor as The Stickmen Project delve into an ultra-modern soundscape that is custom-made for futuristic ravers.
An ethereal female vocal enters into the electromagnetic field of immense production, softly guiding the solemn lyrics and addictive melody of ‘I Wish I Was.’ Whimsical synth tones build slowly underneath, causing spine-tingling tension in each build, capable of being released only by a deep permeating bass line. ‘I Wish I Was’ is carefully crafted with its live presence in mind. Whilst there are louder, more boisterous rave tracks on the circuit, that’s not the purpose of ‘I Wish I Was.’ This the late-night drop catches you off-guard mid set, uncontrollably surrendering you to the present moment and leaving you completely transfixed.

The Brits 2023 are officially over for another year, and it was Harry Styles's night. As predicted, the "As It Was" singer took home artist of the year, song of the year, best pop / r&b, and album of the year - marking the start of a very good 2023 for the former One Direction member, having won the best album award at the Grammys just a week earlier. Wet Leg and Beyoncé both won two Brits, while The 1975, Aitch, and Becky Hill also scooped the top prizes.

Not hiding their love anymore. One day after Deepti Vempati and Kyle Abrams confirmed their romance, the Love Is Blind stars appeared together in a sweet TikTok video. On Sept. 17, Deepti posted a montage of clips and photos from filming the Netflix dating show's After the Altar series, including several moments of her and Kyle looking cozy together. She tellingly set the video to the song, "Woke Up in Love" by Kygo, Gryffin and Calum Scott. The two first met on season two of Love Is Blind, which aired back in February. As fans may remember, Deepti accepted Abhishek "Shake"...

My, Hollywood Week, how you’ve changed. Monday’s American Idol brought us to Los Angeles’ Orpheum Theatre, where 167 lucky contestants — a handful of whom I actually recognized — returned for another chance to impress the judges.
As Katy Perry explained atop the endless two-hour event, “Hollywood this year is… different.” More specifically, the contestants are now being asked to select a genre — pop, rock, R&b, soul, country and singer/songwriter — in which they would like to compete. Additionally, the judges are hearing all 167 contestants sing solo to get a better sense of who they are as individuals.

America’s Got Talent is hoping to end Season 14 on a high note, with eight of its final 10 acts being either solo musicians or vocal groups. And with Wednesday’s grand finale (NBC, 8/7c) fast approaching, time is running out for the viewers to decide their fates.

Kodi Lee may regret being the “America’s Got Talent” frontrunner from the very start of season 14. With just hours left before he performs in the “Agt” final on Tuesday September 17, this singing sensation has seen his lead over child prodigy Emanne Beasha shrink. The little girl with a grown-up voice has pulled perilously close to him in our exclusive poll of “America’s Got Talent” viewers.
Beasha and Lee have never faced off against each other. Each got a Golden Buzzer which sent them straight to the quarterfinals. Lee was the highlight of the first quarterfinal while Beasha shone on the third show. They then appeared on separate semifinals. Lee was the stand-out act on the first semifinal on Sept. 3 while Beasha stole the show on the Sept. 10 second semifinal. Tuesday’s live final on NBC will bring us the much-anticipated title bout of Kodi Lee vs. Emanne Beasha.

‘America’s Got Talent’ singer Lamont Landers gets on Simon Cowell’s nerves: ‘Don’t be cocky’ [Watch]
When 27-year-old singer Lamont Landers auditioned for “America’s Got Talent” during Tuesday’s episode, he had no idea that he was going to get a tongue-lashing from Simon Cowell. When Simon stopped Lamont mid-performance of Al Green‘s “Let’s Stay Together” and asked what his second song was, Lamont responded that he’d also prepared Marvin Gaye‘s “What’s Going On.” Simon argued that it was essentially the same song, noting, “Your problem is that you don’t take risks.” Lamont tried to ignore the British judge’s advice and play the second song anyway, and that’s when Simon hissed, “Don’t be cocky.” Watch the “Agt” video above.

On Feb. 28, Kelly Clarkson delivered a gorgeous rendition of Robyn's 2010 hit "Dancing on My Own" during her Meaning of Life tour in Dallas. The 36-year-old singer told the crowd that after many online requests from fans, she finally decided to lend her beautiful voice to a slowed-down version of the track.

Reagan Strange sang “You Are the Reason” live on “The Voice” on Monday. While her performance of this Calum Scott song was good, it may not be enough to get her into the final. She is suffering a backlash from fans of DeAndre Nico, another of Adam Levine‘s artists, who was booted from the show last week.
Both Strange and Nico were in the bottom three vote-getters (along with Dave Fenley of Team Blake Shelton). Normally all three would perform one more time for America’s votes to win the Instant Save. However, Reagan was too sick to sing. Adam came to her rescue and threw DeAndre under the bus by asking viewers to rally around Reagan instead. His plan worked that night but since then has backfired as support for the departed DeAndre has grown.
Reagan tried to quash the controversy on the weekend by turning to Twitter.
