Wir hatten beide keine großen Erwartungen, was diesen Film angeht. Für 99Cent waren wir aber bereit, uns einfach mal vorurteilsfrei darauf einzulassen. Wir haben den Film an zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Abenden geschaut und waren beide überrascht, dass er auf so vielen Ebenen so schlecht ist. Ein Film, der dem Anschein nach davon handelt, dass sich Batman und Superman bekämpfen, erklärt weder glaubwürdig, woher diese Rivalität stammt, noch wieso sie mit einem Mal so plötzlich verschwindet. Ein Film voller Fehler und Lücken. Ein Film, für den sich selbst 99cent eigentlich nicht lohnen.

Nightcrawler haben wir uns hauptsächlich wegen der guten Bewertungen angesehen. Ohne eine richtige Vorstellung, wovon der Film handelt und in welche Richtung es sich entwickeln würde, war es etwas schwer sich wirklich darauf einzulassen. Gerade am Anfang gab es ein paar Längen, das Finale nahm dann aber doch überraschend an Fahrt auf.

Ich erinnere mich schwach daran, einen Trailer zu Who Am I im Kino gesehen zu haben. Ich fand das Thema an sich interessant, aber ein deutscher Film mit Elyas M'Barek? Das klang erst mal nicht so gut. Zu sehen, dass der Film überraschend gut bewertet wird, hat meine Meinung dann doch geändert. Bei längerer Betrachtung finden sich schon einige Schwachstellen in der Handlung, aber alles in allem fanden wir den Film unterhaltsam und auch nicht zu vorhersehbar. Auch technisch gesehen habe ich an diesem Film nichts auszusetzen. Sicher einer der besten deutschen Filme, die ich bisher gesehen habe.
