In general, it is very hard to search for German film online. However, I used Wikipedia, Imdb, Netflix, Blockbuster, and Amazon.com and Amazon.de to help out. The advanced DVD search in amazon.com allows one to search for movies with subtitles in a certain language, which was the most helpful. Unfortunately, many German films are released on DVD without any subtitles in English or even in German. Hopefully, this will start to change because the hearing impaired community in Germany and around the world is really at a loss.
