The list is not randomly sorted. The most under-rated one is the first one.
The list is not shows how I see the movies; the list shows how people should see. I mean Kill Bill Vol. 1 is amazing for me. But I don't expect everybody should like the movie as I did. That's why that movie is not so under-rated even for me. A bit under-rated I think, it should be in Top 100. But nothing more, I like it so much but it doesn't mean it is so under-rated. I don't expect the movie fits for everyone, It's a cult.
In the other hand, Star Wars Revenge Of The Sith is a really good movie and I think it is really an under-rated movie with its 7,5 points. I think first two movies of the trilogy were bad that's why people also booming the last one. I think people should have like that movie and rated more.
