Hey; why not ? It is sort of a Chinatown spoof with cartoon characters but it also works as a neo-noir film. You have a down on his luck private eye feeling sorry for himself after the murder of his brother and partner. And also the hot cartoon character femme fetale Jessica Rabbit.
