A glimpse of what this show could have been
mattpeerless-376-8656136 October 2022
Warning: Spoilers
There we go. The moment we've all been waiting for, and suffering through this show to see. The return of Daredevil was very well executed; yes, the tone is different to the Netflix show, but it worked - Charlie Cox is still excellent in this role.

But although he was the obvious highlight, he did not completely steal the show - She-Hulk was actually an enjoyable character to watch this week! This, however, serves to further highlight the failings of previous episodes. This episode gave us the show we wanted to see. Keep this level up and there's hope for redemption. If there's is a second season, perhaps they'll take into account these episode ratings.

The Devil's back baby!
cedricdumler6 October 2022
90% on the internet are completely delighted with Daredevil's introduction, myself included! Kevin Feige and Co. Can take a breath, they nailed it!

The show has been blatantly disappointing so far, but I can't fault this episode. Man did I miss the devil of Hell's Kitchen! Charlie Cox is just so unbelievably terrific. His presence and charisma, WOW. He effortlessly elevates every scenes he's in. He's exactly the DD from the Netflix series. I thought it was great that Cox could dive more into the humor level, and every line and every action felt fully in character and true to Daredevil.

The hallway action scene looked AWESOME and the references to the Netflix show (MUSIC!) were delightful.

He and Tatiana Maslany had such a great chemistry, you really felt the sizzle. Now you understand why Cox wants her to appear in his series. With good writing I would be absolutely open for it. The writing was finally really good and the dialogues seemed harmonious and real. This episode also has been the most likable and charming we've seen Maslany's character.

By far the best episode and finally some really MCU worthy entertainment. I'm curious what they do with the finale.

Warning: Spoilers
Finally! This whole series has been building to this episode! Daredevil has made his MCU appearance (I literally screamed). We see him do his lawyer thing and crush it, plus a fantastic fight sequence. It was flawless and beautiful!! We get to see Jen Hulk Out like, well, a HULK! A fantastic episode. There isnt one minute i found awful. Jen may actuallybe able to have a life I'm finally excited about the future of the MCU! The twist with Jens friemd may be foreshadowed too! It'd be brilliant if its confirmed. I can't wait to see what comes of the last episode.

Now all we need is the Daredevil series we've been craving!

Controlled rage
SureCommaNot13 October 2022
I'm watching the finale now, and the ending of the penultimate episode doesn't really set up the finale in a reasonable, believable way.

It would have worked better, story-wise, if She-Hulk went on an actual rampage at the end of this episode. What we saw was her doing whatever it took to stop the televisions from displaying her having sex. Completely reasonable. She never struck anything else directly.

So why not have her overreact, scriptwriters? Why display the events in a way where any reasonable viewer would see She-Hulk acting with such controlled anger? Are the showrunners worried we'd see her as less of a heroine, if she had an out-of-control outburst? We've had enough anti-heroes to be fine with some grey.

She-Hulk was clearly in the right here, and it frankly ruined the beginning of the finale.

This is the show we came for
harry-345186 October 2022
This episode of she hulk is what this show should've been from the start and it's very frustrating it's only starting to come together at the end of its run. It's not secret this episode was helped by daredevil who is a great addition to this episode. He had great quips but brought a much needed serious tone the show needed. The action in this episode is on the whole ok with some dodgy cgi flips bringing it down. Jen and Matt have great chemistry and it was great to watch them grow closer over the course of the episode part of me wishes it was a joint show for the two of them. That being said the parts of the episode daredevil wasn't in were also pretty great the end reveal was shocking. Despite all the positive things I have for this episode it doesn't feel like the penultimate episode and I'm very worried about the finale.

Little hope for this show
martpereira6 October 2022
I've been watching this show almost out of curiosity... It is boring and kinda cringe.. almost in a "its so bad that its good"

But this chapter was fun, i laughed, had heart and chemistry between the "main characters" the story flowed and right in the end i was for the first time hoping for some more............... .hoped that this show would have been like this the previous boring 7 eps

Marvel really need to get their things together or... i know im not alone in this, ill stop watching their things altogether...

Ill keep watching anyway ... again.... out of curiosity and now a little hope.

TBH its more like 8 but...
deanmarekmusic7 October 2022
Realistically, I would give it an 8, but so much damage has been done to the show in the ratings so far, so I'd rather go a little overboard because the trolls are probably coming. I don't miss anything so far, especially in this last episode. The plot is interesting, it touches on the real problems of ordinary people placed in the world of an accidental heroine. No spaceships, epic battles, or heavy CGI needed to immerse me in the action. The only drawback is that time flies quickly because the episodes are too short. The humor is intelligent and the whole team, especially Tatiana, did a wonderful job. I hope there will be more seasons.

Warning: Spoilers
This episode was much better than the previous ones (especially the last one). This was definitely closer to what was probably the fans expectations for the entire series to begin with.

Granted it was carried by Matt Murdoch/Daredevil but we also got to see more from Jen/She-Hulk.

This episode had a longer run time, lots more action, more tension and just more enjoyable all around, leading up to a very exciting finale. Hopefully, the creators can build on this episode and finish off the season on a high, especially if they plan on a second season. It'll also be interesting to see where She-Hulk can fit in the MCU out with her own show!

It could have been a good "attorney-at-law" show, but the length of the show doesn't allow it to be
eunbi05306 October 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Something I would like to address is that this is the third time Jennifer got put in a conflict situation and thrice she was requested by her boss to keep the client. Furthermore, it was the second time in a row where she couldn't drop the client because they were "an important client" and even though it wasn't explicitly said, both also seem to have a weird fetish towards She-Hulk, her boss knows that, she knows that and they all agree with this.

Another issue was the idiocy on Jennifer's client to bring the suit to court and mention using jet fuel, did you notice how proud he was when he said that? This isn't the kind of information a good lawyer would miss from their client when they ask them what happened. Also, Jennifer, as a client knowing her tailor, would know super suits made by Luke had instructions, why was she oblivious to all that?

One thing worth praising however is the debate on privacy and the mentioning of the Sokovia Accords, THAT really felt like a true lawyer show. It really feels like this could have been a good lawyer show, but since they have to balance that with the super hero bit, it is really hard with such a short show, if it was a whole hour, plots could have been better written to accommodate the best of both worlds.

Then we got an alright team-up between She-Hulk and Daredevil, the way she finds out about his real identity felt a bit rushed, but using her thunderclap to mess up with his hearing was a nice move. Not a big fan of the walk of shame though, even if Matthew agreed to have sex with Jen he would leave in the night still.

Then we get to the "Female Lawyer of the Year" and its. 6? 7 winners? Why was Jennifer disappointed to share the prize? Because, if she knew about the award, why wouldn't she know it was shared? And if it wasn't shared, why was it shared now? It was a bad writing only to have the Inteligencia's plot unfold. Everything is awful here, how they take over the screen - also why would a Female Lawyer award have such a huge screen? - and nobody in the event does anything about - just pull the plug, done -, how she doesn't really get angry when it is shown her revenge porn, wasn't the whole point show how angry she was? Yes, we know Jennifer controls her Hulk better than Bruce did, but sometimes spurts of anger can't be controlled, specially when you are a Hulk.

A welcome return for the mcu's best character
notastrawhat6 October 2022
I thought that the previous episodes of she-hulk had been pretty hit or miss (although I did really enjoy everything with Wong and the abomination) but this one was amazing. Charlie cox is finally back as daredevil and it's like he never left. They are faithful to Matt's character while allowing him to be more lighthearted and comedic, and it works. Almost all the jokes landed this episode. And Jennifer Walters has been getting more and more likeable each episode. She's now one of my favorite phase 4 characters. Some of the cgi was still pretty bad though, which seems to be a trend throughout phase 4. But overall it was amazing.

Episode 8
bobcobb3016 October 2022
Warning: Spoilers
If there was going to be a crossover with Netflix Marvel series I would have preferred Jessica Jones, but I will take Daredevil too. At least it is something to honor all those great shows and adds another fun element for She-Hulk.

Jennifer talking with Matt whether it is in the courtroom, bar or a fight scene was great. That might be the next entertaining Marvel pairing.

This episode was just all over the place though. A weird ending, a weird fight sequence in that warehouse and I have no idea where any of this is going. Not sure we had 6 episodes of good content, let alone more so why is the show still going on?

Best Episode So Far...
tyson-davis-11-9222777 October 2022
Warning: Spoilers
...it's just bad that it took 7-8 episodes to find a good one.

The addition of a lighter Matt Murdoch/Daredevil helped everything. It was refreshing to be able to see Charlie Cox have SOME funny lines in this episode. He and Tatiana had pretty good chemistry and she acts better with better actors to act with.

The CGI is still bad, but seemed better in this episode. That may be because I actually liked this episode as opposed to all the others (except ep 7--it was good too.)

The fourth wall break seemed a little much this time though. Forced and not funny, as opposed to Deadpool's fourth wall breaks.

The final scene seemed to revert back to the worst of the series.

However, overall it was still the best episode. I'm probably being generous giving it an 8, but I'm just relieved it was watchable.

Hmmmmmm
eoinpgeary6 October 2022
Before we get to what everyone is waiting for, I'd like to say as an episode by itself it's decent, one of the strongest with the wongers episode, I loved the ending.

Daredevil, Finally

Okay, there were one or 2 jokes that I did laugh and the last DD scene I found funny, but, it was a little to much, the CG in this episode and not just for she hulk but for DD was off, I know we can't expect the exact same as Netflix but coming from fluid fight scenes to the marvel snap shot and cg really bothers me.

The hallway scene was good, a step in the right direction and I loved how he stood over the bodies in the dark !

I just think the banter and smiles were a little to much but I'm guessing it's because with the Netflix show he was taking on serious characters in high stake situations where with this episode the stakes were not to high and she hulk is goofy in general so I'm not sure. In saying all of that he wasn't that goofy with the defenders so I'm not sure I'm just hoping for his own show we get that amazing Netflix tone and above all those action sequences again !! They were all so good I can't remember 1 bad yet in this episode already flaws

I don't want to be super negative but for me, if Disney ruin daredevil, I think that will be it for me, such a great layered character.

With the look of the upcoming antman, black panther and secret invasion I still have hope.

By far the best episode, which is damning with very faint praise indeed
RogerBorg9 October 2022
Well, they didn't quite massacre my boy, which is frankly better than I'd expected.

The scenes between Matt/Daredevil and Little White Jen / Big Green Jen are the highlight of the series, in the sense that you can, just barely, if you really stretch your imagination, believe that two adult humans might conceivably have a conversation with each other in which they say things not entirely unlike this.

Of course, it's still forced, and entirely free from any real chemistry, but Maslany and Cox are both great actors and they do the absolute best that they can with what they're given. This gives us a brief glimpse of what this show could and should have been.

Sadly, the rest of the episode is everything we've come to expect: infantile, clownshoes writing that seems actively intended to bait anyone with an IQ above room temperature. Our Female Lawyer of the Year once against demonstrates that twice the work actually means zero work, zero preparation, and zero thought.

It's nice that Leap-Frog is an actual comic character, although with spring rather than rocket boots, so once again, the writers just twist or invent their own lore because the plot demands it.

Every line not between Matt and Jen is on par for the rest of the series, i.e. Delivered as though written by, and intended for, someone with the comprehension of a slow child. It's like watching 1960s comical consequence-free Batman, only written completely sincerely, without any of the joy or humour.

Alternative episode title: "She-Hulk: a murderous but mostly peaceful hero"

Easily the best episode of the entire season.
Darwinskid24 October 2022
Normally, TV shows should be able to find their footing in the premiere, if not episodes two or three, not usually episode eight, but in the case of She-Hulk they settled on just that, at least just for the pre-season finale.

This episode finds the right balance between the variety of humor the series lays out and respectfully introduces Daredevil into the Marvel Cinematic Universe (I am aware he had appeared in Spider-Man: No Way Home, but only as Matt Murdock). The interplay between Murdock and Walters is pretty solid and it's made even better by Cox and Maslany's chemistry.

If only the finale were as strong as this. If you have some interest in the series, I would only really recommend this one episode.

Matt Murdock is BACK!!
agentsofsword6 October 2022
Warning: Spoilers
I wish the rest of the show was written like this episode because it was an amazing episode. Charlie Cox chemistry with Titania was great I giggled alot they're so fun together I need them to interact more in other projects. The fight scenes were good but not amazingly shot like Daredevil but that's fine the music and the cinematography wins me over.

The ending was excellent we finally got to the plot after so many episodes this show had so many potential but anyways. She-Hulk being viewed as a monster at the end was not in my bingo card but it was such a good tease and i hope the main villain gets their ass kick next episode.

Ribbit and Rip It
lassegalsgaard7 October 2022
Warning: Spoilers
I praise the Marvel gods for continuing to bring me all the silliness every week to talk about this show. Sure, this episode didn't have a talking bull-man or a therapy session for villains, but it did have a guy in a frog costume who almost burns himself up. All the goofiness is coming to this one show and I love it. Oh, and this was obviously also the episode that finally saw Daredevil make his debut on the show, so that's for you, people! And this was a great episode; had everything I had expected and hoped for, and an ending that was "meh." Wait a second... Could this potentially be a "She-Hulk" episode that many people like?? No, that couldn't be. I mean, I'll take it, but I don't think we as a race are actually able to all like an episode of this show. But hey, welcome to the club, we're happy to have you. This was a stupidly fun episode, and I'm not just talking about Matt Murdock having the jokes (which he does), but also being the butt of the jokes. Daredevil doing the walk of shame will never not be funny, and I've only seen it in this show. Granted, I've rewound that scene about 50 times, but it's still funny. Luckily, he's not only funny, but he's also badass, so don't worry about them changing him up too much. There's still a lot of the Netflix version left in this character. And more CGI character replacements, but this show is not necessarily known for its new and highly innovative CG work, so let's just take what we can get. All that was great, and it leads to an ending that's... okay. It definitely feels like they're rushing a little to get to the finish line, so let's see what happens next week. I'm sure that they'll be able to do something that brings the show home, but hopefully, they're able to make it satisfying. Then again, you don't have to do a lot to make this show satisfying for me. Just keep the silliness and you've pretty much got me still onboard.

So, can we all agree that "Ribbit and Rip It" is actually a great episode of this show that not a lot of people enjoy? Okay, good, because it was a lot of fun and it had a character in it that we all love and who we can't wait to see more of later.

A PERFECT EPISODE IN A TRASHY SERIES
jorkaef-463576 October 2022
Unexpectedly all my expectations were exceeded by Marvel, I thought from the preview that they would turn Daredevil into a clown, but throughout the episode they handled his involvement very well.

I was finally able to connect with Jennifer and the plot twist at the end makes me really want to see that season finale.

Of all the episodes of the series that seemed very bad to me this one is without a doubt the best, and that alone makes me realize that the potential of the writers of this show was wasted.

I'm glad to see that Marvel knows how to handle daredevil with the alley scenes and the cinematography was very consistent up to this point.

Daredevil saves the day. Our second "okay" episode. But yeah, mostly because of Matt and Jen. Finally a "real character" for her to talk to.
quiqueperezsoler4 December 2022
Warning: Spoilers
The fact that the latest lawyer case for Jen has to do with the manufacturer of superhero textile and the appearance of our very own Matt Murdock is reason enough to deem this episode actually good. For the first time Jen has someone smart, layered and with an agency to bounce off from.

It's sad to see how this show could have been about this all the time. How, even though we haven't seen a serious attempt at a sitcom-themed Marvel product prior to this, if it had stuck with the three legs it was leaning on: lawyer, superhero, comedy. It could have been the grounds for something trully special. But the showrunners decided to make a goofy, ludicrous and absolutely self-aware story of a superhero that refuses to be a superhero (unless when it matters) and refuses to develop anything other than a surface level character development that could have been solved in one episode, maybe two seeing how short these episodes are. Instead we just have this parade of obnoxious, stupid characters accompanying a "normal character" like Jen through out this saga of skits and "what ifs" scenarios branching from the premise "what if hulk was a woman and didn't want to be a superhero". Which in essence sounds intriguing and actually quite engaging. And that's actually what I thought on the very first episode, that it may not be as bad as people say.

About Daredevil... Matt Murdock's scenes I enjoyed, Daredevil's.. I thought seeing the CGI Daredevil leaping around would be the only issue I may have but it's a bit beyond that too. I know why they changed his outfit so that it was a comic book reference, but it's so modernized and so loosely based on its reference that it comes across as weird. Like a Fortnite skin or unlockable suit and not a genuine reference. Anyways, other than that the fighting style is completely different and worse because obviously they didn't film him doing the stunts nor was the director or stunt coordinator involved at all. The banter between Daredevil and She-Hulk is decent enough, and the jokes actually play on what I just mentioned so I will give it a pass. But idk, there's something unsettling about seeing Matt making so many jokes and quips. About their romantic tension and eventual hook up... I like Jen, I always have. I think she is interesting and has some great character traits, it's just she hasn't had any deep character development other than "I'm not going to get hung up on this dude".

But yeah, I can see them hitting it off. Again, the Matt and Jen scenes and the way they met was interesting however brief it was. But I don't know what they will do in Born Again nor if they managed to sign up the other main characters of the Netflix show, so I don't know how the romance between Karen Page and him ended up. Also, they both have an affinity for the law and its use before using force, given they are lawyers. So it could work. But again, seeing Matt so humoristically behaving is unsettling and plus his walk of shame as Daredevil in plain daylight when normally he is so careful about being seen... Again, depends on how things were reintroduced after Season 3. I have read more light-hearted Daredevil stories in the comics so I am not opposed to a more light-hearted Daredevil. As long as, when it matters, they deliver.

And I have to say, the ending of this episode was actually a cliffhanger. I would have imagined watching this when it came out thinking, woah, can't believe all these shenanigans will amount to something after all! Good thing is, I don't have to wait to find out. So overall, an actual okay episode.

The episode everyone was waiting for
Kenjislamberry6 October 2022
Warning: Spoilers
The devil of hell's kitchen is finally back . I was worried they would make Matt too goofy and over the top. The comedy was done just right . Matt didn't wise crack too many jokes . He still feels like the Matt Murdock we all love from the Netflix series . I wish the previous she hulk episodes had been more like this . The lawyer scenes in this episode are done better compared to the previous episodes .They didn't nerf daredevil to make she hulk look good . They treated Matt Murdock 's character with respect . Matt and Jen have great chemistry with each other and it doesn't feel forced . I loved the banter between the two . I hope to see more interactions with these characters in the future in the MCU. I hope they bring back most of the cast from the Netflix series for Daredevil Born Again. This episode had me glued to my screen and didn't disappoint like the earlier episodes . I was worried the fight scene shown in the earlier trailer would be short . The fight sequence between She hulk and Daredevil is done well . We even get a hallway fight scene . I noticed the fx for she hulk looks better and has improved compared to the earlier episodes .

This by far is one of the strongest episodes of the series. Sadly it seems like the other Disney + series the villain reveal is being saved for the final episode next week. They need to stop doing that it ends up feeling rushed . Hopefully the series finale is satisfying .

8/10 by far the best episode of the series.

Cool and Stuff

Warning: Spoilers
Dardevil is in the episode and he sure is in it. He has lines of dialogue and he acts blind and boy oh boy does he sure fight some bad guys some times. He definitely is in this show, I know cuz he says, "I'm Dardevil."

In all seriousness though, I think they did Daredevil pretty well until the last scene with him. I felt like he was pretty consistent with the Daredevil we last saw, and yeah sure he is a bit silly and goofy, but I feel like that was so he could fit with the tone of the show and not a reflection of his character in the MCU. I do think they went to far with the last scene with him though. You don't need Daredevil to sleep with She-Hulk. That feels like something out of a campy Daredevil cartoon.

I also think the actual "lawyering" stuff with She-Hulk in this episode is more interesting and less boring than many of the previous episodes. It's not amazing by any means, but I found it more interesting in this episode where it didn't take the focus of it than in other episodes where it did. I also found the ending to be pretty cool.

So yeah, pretty solid episode in a not that solid show, but that's mainly because of Daredevil. Otherwise, this would have gotten a 6/10 from me.

That episode was actually good
abdulrahmanal-470026 October 2022
Warning: Spoilers
This episode was actually good, daredevil kind of carried the episode but at the end it wasn't bad at all, daredevil surprised me with his new look and personality and him falling in love with she hulk will open possibilities to future project's, and the end of the episode ( no spoilers ) can give us a new she hulk in the future and a different story than a normal lawyer if it stays that way. I will talk about daredevil a little more, daredevil looked different and felt different, he is now more fun and not making cringe jokes at all, he looks like he's having a happy life, his theme song amazed me so much it sounded badass and kind of dark, what ik trying to say is that marvel didn't ruin old daredevil they made him a bit different bit fans will still love him.

The King is back and he's yellow.
nicko-789916 October 2022
Warning: Spoilers
I went into this episode a little worried, while the pre-released clip of Daredevil was cool to see, I wasn't sure how the show would handle one of Marvel's best superhero show characters. I have to say that my worries were for naught. Not only did the show respect the character and not make him act like a clown with overblown comedy, he helped Jen grow as a superhero. Jennifer is hired by a Billionaire idiot who is trying to take on the mantle of "Leapfrog" is suing Luke Jacobson, the same man who created Jen's sheHulk outfits and his own Frog suit. Jen reluctantly takes the case which places her on Jacobson's bad side. Jennifer quickly meets up with Todd who calls her under the guise of needing legal counsel for purchasing a Vibranium Spear that is in process of being potentially repossessed by Wakandans claiming it was stolen by colonists. He tries to make a move on Jennifer who leaves in disgust. In the court case, the show make you wait in anticipation for Matt Murdock to show up. He walks in and makes a blind joke and then proceeds to showcase that he's not messing around in the courtroom. Up until now, Jennifer hasn't been met with many (if at all) worthy attorneys to be placed up against. Jacobson wins the case on the fact that Leapfrog didn't bother to read the instructions and ruined his own suit due to his idiocy. Matt and Jennifer meet up at a bar and get to know each other while subtly flirting, the chemistry is amazing and doesn't feel forced. They both make jokes and Matt bring a up a good point for Jennifer to do good in court and be she hulk to help those who might not be helped in court. Matt suddenly leaves after getting an alert on his phone and Jennifer heads home upset she can't continue their talk. When Jen arrives home, she gets a frantic call from her dumb client who's in a speeding car claiming that someone is after him. After thinking about what Matt said, Jennifer finally puts on the superhero outfit that Jacobson made her and goes out to save her client. She and Daredevil clash (who's now wearing a Red and Yellow suit also made by Jacobson). Jen overpowers Matt by using her Hulk power clap which overwhelms his enhanced hearing, bringing him to his knees. She then unmasks him and he explains his side of the story. Turns out Jacobson was actually kidnapped by Leapfrog and is being held hostage while being forced to make him a new suit. Daredevil and She hulk head to the LilyPad: Leapfrog's HQ while bantering back and forth and Matt explains some superhero tactics. We get a nice callback to Daredevil's hallway fight scenes with a Blue background instead of a red one. There's an awesome build up with it being interrupted with Jen smashing through the ceiling to remind you who's show it is. I will say that while I did enjoy the hallway fight scene, I do miss the long takes that the Netflix show did compared to the one we got in this episode. Daredevil and She hulk find Leapfrog and Jacobson and then proceed to tear through his goons while Jen tries to talk him out of making more mistakes adding to his now growing crimes. Leapfrog tries to make an escape only to fall out of the window. The night ends with Matt and Jen hooking up before Matt has to leave the next morning, Jacobson agrees to continue making Jennifer's dress for the Gala and The next morning opens with Matt doing the walk of Shame in his Daredevil outfit in a hilarious scene. Jen and Nikki meet up with Jen's parents at the Gala and Jen avoids Todd who tries to get her attention. When Jen is on stage with some other Lawyers who are accepting awards for being the best Female Lawyers at the firm, there's an embarrassing video that is played showing Jen and all the men she's been with by the mysterious group that was discovered by Nikki and Mallory. Jennifer, enraged by the video loses her cool and destroys the screen scaring the other attendees at the Gala causing them to flee. Jen then sees a man in a mask and chases after him only to be stopped by armed soldiers and seeing the fear of the other people around her. I think the ending of this episode could've been worked on just a. Little more. It feels rushed and quick to end, if Jennifer had more time to build up her freak out, the ending would've felt more earned.

Even though I was always a DC fan but daredevil was always my fav superhero show, it had depth, characters, motivation and really had something to say. It was a journey and even though the defenders wasn't good, daredevil was always interesting and gritty. Well now ladies and gentlemen we have him smiling and cracking jokes in his suit and walking a walk of shame. Really marvel is the worst, u really not capable of taking any character seriously and leave it written well ? First was kingpin and now him. Should've left it well alone to Netflix. Are u really that insecure of making anything serious?

Betrayal of daredevil

Okay I am probably being overly harsh but Daredevil is truly one of the greatest shows to ever be made and ever exist. This completely destroys Matt Murdock in the MCU. Daredevil is an emotional drama that really makes you feel for the character and love the guy, this version of Daredevil is someone completely different. They are not the same person. Matt is someone with principles and skill, he has been doing is for a while and cares deeply about the little guy. The show explores his Christianity and how that and his life has given him morals. He is also someone that often has the weight of the world one his shoulders that you feel that weight. This is a betrayal of the character with none of that.
