The film is being staged by Penchev’s Cinemaq, in co-production with Bulgarian outfit Urban Media, represented by Stoyan Stoyanov. The team hopes it will be able to release the film in December. The screenplay, written by Bozhan Petrov, Penchev and Vesel Tsankov, centres on various characters – for example, a man working as Santa Claus, a girl dreaming of walking again and a waitress caring for her ill mother – who get involved in various tragicomic situations as they go off in pursuit of what they crave most, be it family, identity, forgiveness, love, compassion...

Saturday Night Live returned with an all-new episode this weekend, with host Maya Rudolph and musical guest Jack Harlow. Perhaps the breakout sketch from this latest edition of the late night comedy tackles the hot keyword NFTs. What are they and what does it mean for the online art world? Pete Davidson broke out his Eminem inspired character to explain it all alongside Jack Harlow.

Nft stands for non-fungible token. At its most basic form, an Nft is an encrypted digital signature that allows for the buying and trading of digital art. Chris Redd joined Pete Davidson and Jack Harlow in breaking down this topic that has overtaken the art world in recent weeks. Though perhaps a little dated in its parody, the NFTs music video from Saturday Night Live is presented as an old school Eminem-inspired rap.

Pete Davidson is parodying the hit Eminem song 'Without Me', which hit

Tiger: HBO's Latest Doc Explores the Golf Legend's High School Relationship - Who Is She?
We can't stop watching the new HBO documentary Tiger, which outlines Tiger Woods's rise to fame and the ups and downs of his success - from reaching near perfection in the game to battling his demons outside of the course. Interviews with Woods's high school sweetheart Dina Gravell-Parr play an integral part in the documentary's analysis, bringing in firsthand information about who Woods was as a teenager and how that might have led to who he is today. It's no secret that Woods has a fraught relationship with his father, Earl, who propelled him to success while also inhibiting him from having a "normal" life, but Dina's comments further cement the kind of pressure Woods has felt throughout his entire life.

HBO's doc includes interviews from various people once close to the golfing giant - his former mistress Rachel Uchitel, his longtime caddy and best man Steve Williams, and even his kindergarten teacher,

Tim Allen has made his mark in a number of family-friendly movies, from the Toy Story franchise, where he played the role of Buzz Lightyear, to The Santa Clause series, where Allen appeared as jolly old Saint Nick. But the conditions for filming the latter movies were often far from jolly. In an interview with Kelly Clarkson, Allen revealed that once, while filming The Santa Clause 2, the situation became so overwrought that he let out a massive F-bomb in front of his tween castmates.

Woke up this morning and noticed a bit more stubble. This always happens to me as I transition to you no who this Christmas. pic.twitter.com/MAXNIbZs9f

My Kid Killed Santa With Capitalism (Guest Column)

My Kid Killed Santa With Capitalism (Guest Column)
Ok look — I’m a good parent. I love my kids, I’m fun-ish, and I try to raise my children practically. My wife and I look at each parenting situation not through lenses tinged with that saccharine faux-nostalgia perpetuated by family movies — but with empirical evidence and reason.

See why I said “fun-ish”?

But this year, my practicality coupled with my daughter’s new passion for free-market economics brought about an untimely demise for the diabetic philanthropist known as Santa Claus.

I should first contextualize my daughter. She is six years old, but has talked like she’s 40 since ...

James Cosmo: 'My friend said: They're going to drink beer out of your skull'

James Cosmo: 'My friend said: They're going to drink beer out of your skull'
After his brutal demise on Game of Thrones, the veteran Scottish actor is back in crime drama The Bay. Is he the baddie?

For the most part, actors have now sussed out the art of the Zoom interview. The trick is to do it in front of a completely blank background, so the interviewer cannot possibly glean any personal details from whatever you happen to be in front of.

James Cosmo does not subscribe to this notion. We speak in mid-November and, when his Zoom screen clicked into life, he was vaping up a storm before a massive, illuminated wooden Christmas tree. True, he has played Santa Claus many a time, most memorably for most in the Narnia films, but also annually at his son’s school’s Christmas grotto (he was so good his son didn’t recognise him). Yet who knew he was this excessively festive?

Tim Allen's Beard Trends After Santa Clause Star Wins Best Movie Santa Poll

Tim Allen's Beard Trends After Santa Clause Star Wins Best Movie Santa Poll
Tim Allen's Santa-like beard was trending on social media for Christmas after one poll crowned the star of The Santa Clause as the best fictional Santa. Back in 1994, Allen starred in the original installment of the holiday movie franchise as Scott Calvin, an everyman who magically turns into Santa Claus after inadvertently killing the real Saint Nick. Part of the transformation includes growing a large, white beard that grows back instantly if it's shaved.

In November, Allen posted a photo of himself on Twitter revealing that he was growing out his beard. Although it's not fully white like in the movie, the actor is looking a lot like his version of Santa Claus in the image. "Woke up this morning and noticed a bit more stubble. This always happens to me as I transition to you no who this Christmas," Allen wrote in the caption.

The Silent Night, Deadly Night Power Rankings

The Silent Night, Deadly Night Power Rankings
Let’s face it: a killer Santa is never not going to look kind of funny. Every entry of the Silent Night, Deadly Night saga knows this (although indignant protestors in 1984 apparently did not). And each opts to deal with this fundamental visual quandary in a markedly different way.

In the original 1984 film, the Santa costume is subverted into a symbol of intrinsic evil, as seen through the eyes of poor Billy Chapman (Robert Brian Wilson). Billy, who looks more like a Patriots linebacker than he does Burl Ives, eventually dons the Santa suit and is subsumed by his own dark thoughts. Try as it might to paint him as a sinister figure by making him muscular and shrouding him in shadow, though, he still looks patently absurd. By Silent Night, Deadly Night Part 3: Better Watch Out! (1989), the homicidal maniac of the second installment, Billy’s little brother Ricky,

2 Kurt Russell Movies Have Been Dominating Netflix All Month
Christmas Day is finally upon us, and while a lot of people are going to spend their evening watching Wonder Woman 1984 now that it’s debuted on HBO Max, Netflix’s extensive roster of holiday titles will prove just as popular. Then again, let’s face it, there’ll likely be many folks falling asleep in front of the TV later on today, so it doesn’t really matter what’s playing in the background.

However, based on how long the movies have been dominating Netflix’s Top 10 most-watched list, there are still going to be more than a few households enjoying The Christmas Chronicles and its sequel. Both of Kurt Russell‘s starring turns as Santa Claus have been among the ten most popular titles on the streaming service for close to a month now, and at this point, a third installment feels like an inevitability.

Which is just as well,
