Then there's the comedies which have some perfect situations and hilarious moments, but doesn't really make if all the way. And the films which a parodies of satiric masterpieces, not always laugh-out-loud comedies, but serious comments on life and tragic looking every day situations. Here's the best of all sorts, of the thousands I've seen. Arguably the best comedies ever, of those which I've seen, that is! Please tell me if there's one of the best I so far missed out on!
